The threshold at a glance
When a day ends at 20 or more billable active members, all active members count for that day.
- 0 to 19 are free.
- 20 through 200 cost C$1 each per month.
- Only members above 200 cost C$0.50 each per month.

Who counts
Included
Active paid and complimentary memberships. Each person counts once across the organization.
Not included
Trials, visitors, staff-only accounts, frozen memberships, and canceled or expired memberships.
Billing month by month
We count billable active members at the end of each calendar day and add that day’s share to the month. Billing is monthly in arrears, with daily proration when usage changes.
Billing days and months use the America/Edmonton timezone. Your location’s timezone is used separately for classes and schedules.

A billing address and saved payment method are required before your school can go live, even if your member count is below 20. Your member-commerce currency is separate from your KINOS subscription, which is billed in CAD.
